NCFI is made up of National Nurses Christian Fellowships from across the globe. These national groups - and individual nurses in countries without one - find inspiration, shared resources and mutual encouragement through the wider NCFI family.

Member countries in each world region strengthen NCFI's mission through their representation on the International Board and various working committees. The work is carried by nurses, for nurses.

Equipping nurses to bring their faith to their practice
The International Institute of Christian Nursing is dedicated to equipping Christian nurses and midwives with the knowledge and skill needed to daily integrate their Christian faith into their area of nursing practice, education, leadership, and research. It offers professional development courses, a free online journal, and a growing collection of resources.
